Digital OPG & 3D CBCT (CT)

Our patients go through the panoramic radiograph as part of standard entrance examination. We gain a complete overview of the status of all teeth and adjacent tissues, we may also take a picture of jaw joints or maxillary sinuses.
Acquisition of a 3D radiograph is part of the preoperative evaluation before the planned implantation and complicated extraction of third molars (wisdom teeth).
Czech insurance companies do not presently reimburse this examination and the patients need to pay for it themselves.

X-ray with digital RVG sensor

Radiographs are taken on a digital sensor (Kodak RVG 6200) allowing instant display of high quality images on a computer monitor. These images are taken while the patient sits in the dental chair. Thanks to the digital technology, the irradiation is minimal.

Operating microscope
 
A dental microscope produced by KAPS with cutting-edge German optics with integrated LED light enables us to more successfully and quickly find root canals in order to fill them.

Endomotor

The instrument used to refine and accelerate the processing of root canals during endodontic treatment. Thanks to the flexible nickel-titanium bits, it reaches even extensively curved and inaccessible root canals.

Apex locator

An Apex locator is used in the root canal treatment. It is a digital instrument used to measure the exact depth of the root canal without the need for an X-ray.

BeeFill 2 in 1

Performs the filling of the root canal with vertical condensation of warm gutta-percha - a guarantee of long-term and three-dimensional sealing of the root canal system.

Curing Lamp

The latest generation of high-performance UV light lamp used for hardening the composite materials “on demand”.

Rubber dam

A set for fixing latex membranes around treated teeth, thereby ensuring dry working area. Nothing drips or falls into the patient’s throat. We use it as standard in root canal treatment and while applying white fillings.
